What are my responsibilities?

1. Responsible for PCBA manufacturing process for industry automation product, including SMT(surface mounting technology), THT(through hole soldering technology), AOI, SPI, inline lasering, in-line automation etc., ensure PCBA manufacturing process and product quality.

   负责西门子工业自动化产品主板制造流程，包括SMT表面贴装和过孔焊接工业，自动光学检测，锡膏厚度检测，在线主板打标和自动化等过程。确保主板制程工艺和产品质量。

2. Collaboration with R&D team / factory teams to create and optimize responsible process, and continuous improvement.

   和研发团队以及工厂团队协作创建并持续优化工厂生产工艺流程。

3. Data analytics with SW coding and development or IT tool.

   能够使用编程或者IT 工具完成一定的数据分析

             

What do I need to quality for this Job ? 

1. Bachelor and above, Master Degree preferred

   本科及其以上, 研究生优先

2. Capable for IT, and data analytics

   具备一定的IT  能力和数据分析能力

3. Electric information Engineering/ Software engineering / Automation Engineering/statistics, computer Etc

   电子信息工程/软件工程/自动化工程/统计/计算机 等相关专业

4. Advanced English in both oral and writing

   良好的英文表达能力
