岗位职责：

1、协助运营副总监对体育和儿童品牌的两家店铺进行日常运营和人员管理工作；

2、协助上级达成两家店铺的月度销售目标；

3、负责教练部课程新产品研发及技术培训工作

4、监督日常店铺严格按照公司要求的运营标准执行；

5、店内各项成本控制及设备设施定期维护保养管理；

6、门店客诉处理，人员日常管理及培训。

任职要求：

1、师范类大专及以上学历，市场营销、企业管理、教育学、体操、攀岩、击剑等相关专业；

2、有3年以上健身房、攀岩、蹦床、击剑馆等现场运营管理经验；

3、运营管理能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力、有责任心；

4、热爱运动
