Responsibilities:
GLOBALFOUNDRIES Circuit Design Engineer is working on cutting-edge analog, mixed signal and custom circuit design, e.g. High Speed Interface, Memory Array, PLL, ADC/DAC, GPIO, etc. By employing the industry leading tools, state of the art methodology, and innovative semiconductor leading technologies including 22nm, 14nm and beyond, the candidates will be closely working with worldwide design teams and responsible for:
● Design full custom circuits?
● Simulate, verify and analyze functionality, performance and statistical analysis?
● Perform hardware verification and characterization?
● Supervise layout floorplan and design.

Requirements:
1. ME/EE or background in related areas.
2. Experience in one or more of the following advanced analog and mixed signal circuits design:
● Driver / Receiver
● Serializer / Deserializer
● Memory, including SRAM, DRAM, Flash, ROM
● VCO, Charge Pump, Clock Divider, PFD
● Bias, Bandgap, Voltage Regulators
● ADC, DAC
3. Familiar with transistor level circuit EDA tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, etc.).
4. Good understanding of advanced semiconductor technology process and device physics, knowledge on cutting edge technologies, like FinFet, SOI, is preferable.
5. Experience with statistical circuit analysis and simulation is a plus.
6. Good English skills, communication skills, and willingness to work with a global team. Skill in other languages is a plus.
7. Good learning competency, self-motivated, and ability to work in diverse areas in a flexible and dynamic environment.
