Requirements:

Technical knowledge:

University degree or above (studies in financial and accounting or similar field)

Fluent in spoken and written English, including accounting terms

Good level in spoken and written Mandarin

IT – knowledge:

General knowledge of processes and functionality in SAP or other ERP systems;

Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel)

Overlapping knowledge:

Likes to work with processes

Careful and structured performance

Good ability to communicate and to work in a team

Ability to drive changes

Assertiveness

Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines

General knowledge of financial processes

General understanding of Bosch Group’s organization, departments etc. (applicable for internal candidates)

Good understanding of the risk management and internal controls system, IT security measures, importance of all.

Experience:

3 years above of experience in Internal Control / Internal Auditing or accounting relevant position; 5 years or above relevant experience is preferred

Experience in automotive industry + big 4 accounting firms is preferred.

CIA, ACCA, CMA or CICPA is a plus

Responsibilities:

Implementation of Internal Controls according to C/AUDirective

Conducting Internal Controls

Documenting implemented and conducted controls

For deficiencies detected, development of corrective measures together with concerned customer

Implementation and follow-up of corrective measures

Documenting implemented measure

Design, implementation and conduction of additional controls together with concerned Team Leader

Reporting of Internal Controls

Developing improved processes (CIP) together with concerned customer

Implementation of improved processes together with concerned customer

To the holder of this position other tasks and activities related to the current job can be assigned by the department manager or assistant department manager

Support manager for risk management concept and training system in CF China.
