Perform statistics, sorting, data entry, binding, archiving and storage of files (invoices/vouchers) as required by CD to ensure the integrity of the files.

Provide hotline service to Bosch accociate.

负责业务部门的热线咨询。

Responsible for file transfer, binding, data entry and document storage to ensure that all kinds of materials are properly kept and stored in an orderly manner.档案交接、装订，数据录入，文档入库，保证各类资料的妥善保管、存放有序，查找方便有效。

• Responsible for the borrowing and reading management of documents, and provide support for the effective use of archives.文档借阅管理，为档案的有效利用提供支持
• File transfer management, strictly perform handover procedures, and accurately grasp the type and quantity of files in the liabary.文档转移管理，严格履行交接手续，准确掌握库内档案类别、数量等情况
• IDM permission application 负责IDM权限申请
• Hotline service, record and follow up. 负责业务部门热线咨询，并进行记录反馈，跟进处理
• Well complete the team’s mutual work and other tasks assigned by the superior.很好的完成团队相互支持工作，以及上级交办的其他工作任务；

• Cross-function communication skills, and deal with proplems from business department in a timely manner.能较好和其他部门的同事沟通 ，并及时处理业务部门的需求；

• Sense of leadership and have the awareness of standard implementation and supervision.具有领导力意识，具备规范执行及监督意识。

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related areas 本科以上学历       

• At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable 至少1年工作经验;优秀的应届生亦可投递

• Good communication skills良好的沟通技能
• Good self learing, SAP experience is plus; 良好的自学能力，SAP经验优先
• Fluent written and spoken skills in English英语基本读写优秀，能适应英语工作环境
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and other related office software; 会使用微软软件，excel, word等
• 基础的英语交流水平
