工作职责:

1. Communicate with colleagues and help the global Head to smooth the daily work

2. Arrange meetings and other events，prepare meeting minutes

3. Keep, manage and follow up the documents submitted to Global Head

4. Written and spoken translation for important events

5. Reception of the guests and colleagues from other subsidiaries and customers

6. Identify problems and make suggestions accordingly

7. Assist in work-flow and agenda management

8. Support and facilitate analyses of business performance and business planning

9. Prepare various reports for Global Head

10. Co-ordination of change projects and other management projects

11. Other tasks assigned by Global Head

任职资格:

Bachelor degree or above

3+ working experience in MNC,in manufacturing company is preferred

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both Chinese and English. And German knowledge will be a plus.

Strong office administrative management

A multi-tasker who possesses good organization skills and is able to manage multiple priorities, to meet deadlines and to anticipate

An open-minded person with a positive and customer-oriented attitude

Ability to work well with others and demonstrate professional poise and courtesy

Confidentiality, quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and thoroughness of work performed; ability to gain the trust and respect of management and employees; maintain the integrity of highly confidential business and product information; ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with other employees and customers; ability to work with others is essential.
