Job Summary:
To successfully drive profitable growth within the defined vertical market(s), which include metro and railway (地铁、高铁等轨道交通行业); via existing account relationships and creation and closure of new business development opportunities and partner with key channel partnersto grow the existing business.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute business strategies to achieve growth in responsible vertical. Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region#s sales volume.
2. Ensure all existing and new accounts have appropriate levels of support.
3. Manage existing account relationships in the vertical market(s). Identify opportunities to grow revenue in existing accounts with more project wonand share gain from competitors. Maximise share of wallet and customer satisfaction through deployment of robust Account Plans.
4. Drive new business development with support from the product and R&D team, and business partner
5. Drive and support effectively the key channel partner and its sales team for improvement of win rate and share gain in the metro and railway market.
6. Create and build value-adding relationships with key influencers and decision makers within Target Accounts. Identify opportunities and stimulate initiatives to strengthen the relationship with key influencers and decision makers.
7. Ensure timely and accurate reporting as required by the business. This will include reporting on funnel opportunity management, revenue forecasts, Account Plans, progress on initiatives and status of relationships.
8. Organize regular business review with sales team of key business partner and its own sales team for close tracking of the business plan.
9.Identify the key influencing companies in the end user supply chain and create opportunities to establish relationships with those identified. Co-ordinate with Channel Sales to extend influence and control through the value chain.
10. In co-operation with Product and Vertical Marketing team to demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of target customers, keeping aware of key players, trends, and competitor activity.
11. Provide fact based input to Product and R&D team to help specify new customer requirements.
12. Co-ordinate with the Application Engineering team to ensure the customer receives the appropriate level of technical expertise and adequate support.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above in the major of Communication Engineering, Network Technology or Business related, prefer has technical background and knowledge of industrial network and industrial switches.
2. At least 6 years S&M experience for industrial solution area and have background & experience of communication network in metro and railway industries, project related sales experience is highly preferred
3. Be able to support, coach and drive the strong business partner for thecore business of the team
4. Have good market sense and be able to prioritize the key focus of the business and team efforts
5. Experience of using standard business reporting tools and reporting on key metrics, familiar with SFDC will be advantage
6. Ability to develop successful cross functional relationships internally
7. Ability to manage time and resource effectively, managing multiple activities successfully
8. Experience of working within an international environmentadvantageous
9. Ability to travel in order to fulfil the duties of the role essential # anticipated to average 50% of time
10. Strong communication skills for business discussion, good in Chinese and English
