【岗位职责】

① 主导管辖产品工艺流程规划、实施、优化、维护；

② 主导管辖产品的产能规划、实施、提升(含扩产)；

③ 主导管辖产品合格率提升，不良分析与改善推进；

④ 主导产品辅料消耗计划，新辅料认证与导入；

⑤ 主导生产用工装夹具设计与导入；

⑥ 主导生产岗位操作文件编制、更新、维护；

⑦ 参与新产品样品试制与管理；

⑧ 参与客户、QA退货的不良分析与改善推进；

⑨ 协助高级工程师进行新生产工艺、技术、方法的导入与推广。

【任职资格】

1、大专及以上学历；电子或电子相关专业；

2、3年以上工作经历，至少1年以上贴片、插机、后加工段相关的工程经验；

3、熟悉SMT设备，锡膏印刷机，贴片机，回流焊，AOI，AI、自动化线体、波峰焊、选择性波峰焊等机器设备；

4、熟悉电子产品表面贴装、波峰焊接失效分析机理；

5、有较强的沟通能力及异常反馈技巧，能承受较大的压力，具有团队合作精神；

6、能独立完成新产品的导入，且有成功案例；

7、熟悉常用的工程分析工具；

8、有6 sigma改善经验者更佳。
