Job Description:

  

1.根据标准流程处理相关发票和集装箱信息；

  

Follow SOP process the invoice and container information.

  

2.和码头及各分公司保持联系，对日常账单进行核对；

  

Keep in touch with terminal and each branch office, check daily invoice bill.

  

3.日常工作对excel有一定要求；

  

Good excel skills will be better.

  

4.能在规定时间内完成工作，遇到问题及时汇报，不断改进工作效率，优化工作流程；

  

Complete the tasks within time. Report problems in time. Improve work efficiency & optimize workflow.

  

5.及时与主管和业务部门沟通，确保工作正常有序。

  

Effective and timely communication with local office and supervisor & Ensure job in order.

  

 

职位要求：

Essential criteria:

1.大专以上学历，英语、贸易、海运物流专业优先，接受应届毕业生；

College degree or above, prior major of English, International trade, Shipping industry. Accept fresh graduates.

2.良好的英语口语及邮件读写能力；

Fluent in English (Both Written and spoken).

3.熟练使用办公软件；

Proficient in office software.

4.工作认真、负责，善于沟通，良好的团队合作精神；

Work conscientiously and responsibly; good at communication & Good team work spirit.
