1.    Assist HOD take care of Department’s daily admin duties, lesson arrangement. Coordinate for teachers, HOD and school’s communication. 辅助系主任处理日常行政事务，外教课程安排等，协调外教、科目主管和学校各方面的沟通； 

2.    Provide support to teachers before or during the lesson, make sure students understand well. 协助主讲教师的备课工作以及在上课时提供协助，确保老师有效传达课堂内容以及学生理解；

 3.    Get familiar with the teaching planning and knowledge. 梳理教学大纲和学科知识架构；

 4.    Participate in the lesson, class management, keep close eye for students’ subject development. 随堂跟班听课，参与班级管理，跟踪学生的学术发展水平； 

5.    Provide extra teaching for students and answer the questions they may have. 为学生提供补充课程，为学生适当的答疑解惑； 

6.    Be responsible for Departments admin duties, such as gathering student information, translate their school report. 负责帮助学生和处理所在部门的资源以及行政方面的事物，如收集学生信息，翻译成绩报告等；

 7.    Organize and coordinate student’s activity, and promote students understanding for the lessons through student’s activity. 负责组织及协调学生课外活动，在课外活动中增进学生对课堂所学知识的理解； 

8.    Work closely with teacher to manage students well both in study and life, provide patrol care to student’s grow up, and promote their health in physical and mental. 与外方导师紧密配合，做好学生学习及生活上的管理，给予学生德育及成长关怀，促进学生健康成长； 

9.    Bridge the communication between school and parents, guide parents to support and assist school’s requirement, promote holistic education to students. And report parents’ feedback to school, make sure every one of the students are well cared and received prompt guidance by school. 扮演家长与学校沟通的桥梁，正确引导家长支持及配合学校工作的展开，共同促进学生的全面发展，同时将家长的意见传达给学校，确保每个学生都能得到学校及时的关注和指导； 

10. Participate school life in all aspects, including supervise hall time in the evening, carry out boarding duties, promote student’s communication with each other. 全方位参与校园生活，包括监管自习、宿舍生活等，增进与学生的沟通与交流。 

岗位要求：

1.    本科及以上学历，条件特别优秀可放宽要求，科学、美术、艺术等相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above, for excellent application the requirement for education can be negotiated, major in Science, Art, etc.

2.    对国际教育和西方文化有一定的了解，有海外学习或工作经验优先；

With knowledge for international education and western culture, experience of overseas study or working is a plus;

3.    1年以上班主任、国际课程助教或教学经验；

With at least 1-year co-tutor or international curriculum teaching support experience;

4.    有强烈的敬业精神和职业道德，对待学生有耐心和爱心，保护学生隐私及权益。
