Job Description:

1. Build and maintain relationship with existing and new customers

2. Manage customers' queries and issues (including some level of technical issues)

3. Obtain from customer project/production status, demand and forecast

4. Work with internal supply chain, division, factories, subcons for supply status for commitment to customer forecast

5. Work with distributors to manage/review customer forecasts, PO, inventory and RMA cases

6. Work with our CSR & logistics business unit to arrange and expedite shipments to customers during tight supply situation or other issues requiring urgent shipments.

7. Provide forecast for parts for short to mid term.

8. Frequent travel expected

Candidate's skills:

1. Bachelor / Masters in Engineering

2. 6-10 years experience in semiconductor industry

3. Minimum 3 years sales experience preferred. Candidates with prior experience handling large and significant account with prominent customers will have an added advantage

4. Experience in supply chain/planning would be a plus

5. Must possess integrity

6. Able to work independently and self motivated

7. Pro-active, hardworking individual, good team work

8. Able to handle high level of stress due to very demanding nature of end customer

9. Proficient in MsOffice

10. Strong command of English, both spoken and written

11. Able to travel at short notice
