职位要求：

1、精通消防水、电、暖通等专业的安装算量；熟悉造价相关国家政策，熟悉行业技术规范及行业法律法规，熟悉工程定额、工程量清单计价；

2、熟悉投标报价流程，能独立完成投标算量、清标、组价、成本分析、标书的制作等全部工作；

任职资格：

1、具有一定商务谈判经验，能独立完成项目的预算、投标、签证、过控及结算等相关工作;

2、至少独立负责过2个以上消防项目全过程工程成本、预、决算办理；具备独立开展安装造价管理能力；

3、熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、CAD等办公软件；

4、熟练使用算王，鹏业，宏业等算量及计价软件；

5、三年及以上消防公司同岗位工作经验（必备）；

6、具备良好的组织协调力及职业操守，学习能力强、身体健康、综合素质高，可塑性强，能够有效沟通，勇于承担责任和压力。
