Responsibility:

  

1. The Senior Consultant shall lead a project delivery team to accomplish projects assigned to him/her and ensure these projects are delivered meeting Arcadis quality standard;

2. He/she shall be able to plan, organize, manage and control the activities around assigned projects; 

3. He/she is in charge to discuss with clients on technical issues as well other related issues such as planning and payments.

4. He/she should be able to report to clients on the assigned projects;

5. He/she is able to attend seminars and potential client meetings;

6. Willing to travel.

            

Skill and Knowledge:

1. Water Management / Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering / Hydrological and Water Quality

2. 10 years and more experience in design and implementation of urban water management projects;

3. Experience with climate adaptation programs such as Sponge City, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, Climate Proof cities, Water Sensitive urban design, Low Impact Development;

4. Experience in surface water remediation or water ecological rehabilitation projects is a pre;

5. Chinese and English fluent; Chinese as mother language is a pre;

6. Would be a plus if he/she has experience on programs as: SWMM, InfoWorks or other hydraulic or hydrological software.
