Business Title:   
s   Product Manager/Sr. Manager
 
Key responsibilities
s   Analyze industry market, competitive, customer, and internal sales/marketing analytics to determine trends, create and influence product roadmaps and gain market share.
s   Utilize various market research methods to determine market needs, develop business plans and strategic objectives, create product specifications, and determine product/program positioning.
s   Gather, analyze and develop business insights on competitive product/service technologies and offerings.
s   Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to create and maintain effective upstream and downstream marketing content, traditional/digital collateral, advertising campaigns and sales tools.
s   Build relationship with KOLs.
s   Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.
 
Job Requirements:
s   Bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.
s   Expert understanding of the business environment – preferably with an excellent knowledge of the China hospital market. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing role. Medical industry experience, especially for the experience of medical devices preferred.
s   Track record of achievement of sales and market growth through leadership/teamwork with other company functions.
s   Product/Project Management experience.
s   Excellent analytical, quantitative and management presentation skills
s   Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
