General requirement: bachelor degree above, graduated from EE, physics, electrical material science and related field.  5 years work experience in power discrete product design.

    

Responsibility:   

a. In charge of power discrete product development, including trench MOSFET, SGT, Super Junction MOSFET, IGBT, TVS and SBD. 

b. Work including product definition, co-work with device engineer to finalize the discrete product SPEC, package arrangement, product reliability and qualification.   

c. Release the product to sales with product release procedure.

    

Special requirement:    

a. Basic skill to use TCAD software, such as Silvaco Taurus or Sentaurus.    

b. Basic skill to use layout tools, such as laker, virtuoso.   

c. Skilled in trench MOSFET, SGT, IGBT, SJMOS product define and development.    

d. Skilled in power discrete product process integration and flow set-up.  

e. Skilled in product test and yield enhancement.  

f. Skilled in data sheet preparing and release of discrete product.
