Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for the compensation and benefit issues in PACG, such as payroll administration , company's reward strategy implementation etc.;
2.Training needs collection to carry out training plan , forecast budget and monitor with monthly status report to managers;
3.Deliver basic training to associates and develop internal trainers, coordinate and support training implementation issues;
4.Be responsible for recruitment for grade 6 and below position, including requisition collection, CV screen and interview arrangement, offer negotiation, internal transfer, in charge of new employee on-boarding orientation and resignation process;
5.In charge of attendance management ;
6.Coordinate with other employee service;

Qualification Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above , majoring in HR or other commercial related major;
2.2~3 years related working experience, C&B experience is a plus;
3.Positive and be responsible;
4.Good communication skill and fluent English communication;
5.Computer skill in MS office, SAP experience preferred;
6.Teamwork and responsibility;
7.Can work under high pressure;
