Financial Manager

Job Summary:
Report to CFO in chengdu, ideal candidate has to carry out the overall financial control, reporting and
compliance reporting of the entities including the following duties:
- Maintain the company's accounting system and review books and records to ensure accurate and timely
recording of all financial transactions including payroll;
- Responsible for compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures;
- Manage the day to day financial control of the company;
- Submission of timely financial accounts for government regulatory agencies;
- Ensure all relevant account reconciliations and consolidations are carried out in accordance with
agreed deadlines;
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of the annual budget and supporting management
information;
-Responsible for asset/contract management including making sure all related corporate policies and
procedures to safeguard assets are followed;
- Liaise with the auditors to handle all audit matters of the group;
- Responsible for tax compliance with tax bureau;
- Advise and provide comprehensive financial analysis and consulting to cfo;
- Assist in the development of financial systems and processes to support management and the
organization’s growing and changing needs;
- Other project or ad hoc jobs assigned by the senior management.

Requirements:
- Degree holders with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant accounting experience with a mix of accounting
firm and commercial experience in FIE;
- Excellent knowledge of PRC accounting, all taxes, foreign currency and other relevant regulations
- Familiar with US GAAP or IFRS、HK GAAP;
- Skillful in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software;
- At least 2 years people management experience;
- Willing to take the challenge;
- Result oriented and self-motivated, reliability, good communication skills;
- Excellent English and Mandarin language skills;
- Previous experience in an audit firm and IT industry exposure will be highly valued
- Can speak French, Germany, Spanish, Japanese is a big plus.
