职位描述

工作职责:

Major responsibilities: 主要职责

1. Channel & Dealer management:

- Arrange annual distributor meeting and quarterly channel committee meeting

- Tracking channel development plan, drive sales team to strengthen the channel coverage and channel expansion

- Optimize the dealer assessment standard and monitor the execution

- Establishment & execution of dealer incentive policy

- Clearly clarify market segmentation and application division based on Group definition

- Project agent authorization and management

- Organize and arrange dealer training with sales team

2. Sales strategy support

- Collect and provide most up-to-date market intelligence (inc. competition, industrial, and policy related) and map out competition landscape to guide mgmt decisions

- Using Market Data, liaison and support in creation of Strategic Reports and Business Plans

- Participate in the formulating of the company’s short-medium-long term strategy

- Work with sales team to define Channel development strategy 2022 for PB/GB/IB/Energy

- Sales strategy 2022 coordination, analysis of market volume, market share and application development

- Identify trends and market needs, and align with sales team to develop opportunities for growth

3. Sales data analysis

- To build-up and maintain high quality market database based on company industries

- Monthly review for COI, OI, Sales, MC

- Must-win projects monthly review, won/lost project summary

- Analyze the gap for COI/OI/Sales and sales hit rate (if needed)

- Installed base updates (project name, address…)

4. Yearly sales, OI, MC tracking:

- Align with sales channel to define the yearly sales target (COI, OI, Sales, MC, AR provision…) and split by channel/application

- Break down OI and sales target (quantity, value) into product category/sales channel based on the market trend & company strategy

- Quarterly rolling forecast for COI/intercompany purchased OI

5. Others:

- Support annual sales meeting

- Calculation for sales and branch manager bonus

- Assist management to make report for internal/external meetings

任职资格:

Bachelor (or above) in sales & marketing or engineering machinery

in 5 years or above work experience in related industry

Strategic & Structrual Thinking Skills

Familiar w/ Multi-National Corporation culture and working style

Strong English & Chinese spoken and written skills
