57Blocks is redefining how products are built, applying a combination of technology and process improvements to deliver a new kind of distributed development experience. You will be joining a distributed team that serves clients in China and North America.

We are looking for a product manager to lead end-to-end product development for the Chinese market. Projects may include SaaS, Consumer, and FinTech. 

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of product management experience and in-depth knowledge of the Chinese internet ecosystem. 

Responsibilities

1. Define what success looks like for the team, prioritize projects based on impact, and using data to validate success.

2. Foster a deep understanding of the China ecosystem and finding opportunities for 57block’s products to scale and differentiate.

Identify and collaboratively solve end-user pain-points

3. Partner with UX design & engineering team in Chengdu to execute a prioritized product plan 

4. Communicate with customers and partners in both English and Chinese

5. Identify new areas of product development by analyzing customer requirements & market trends

Work with global sales team to increase platform revenue

Requirements

1. 3+ years of product management experience 

2. Ability to lead & influence cross-functional groups to deliver projects on-time in a fast paced environment

3. Comfortable presenting to clients in both Chinese and English

4. Self-motivated and quick learner

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Creative problem solver who is able to quickly identify key problems and reasonable solutions

7. Outcome oriented - not reactionary; they articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it

57blocks was founded April 2018, the core team have been building products for global clients for 15 years. Have been on both as a supplier side (Google, PayPal, Microsoft) as well as internal engineering team (TubeMogul, Adobe)

We have been aggressively growing this year. Currently we are 37 people with plans to grow to 60 people by end of the year.
