The position is fully responsible

• Design and implement tire solution business model such as tire leasing business or tire maintenance service programs to our customers.

• In each customer, standardize the customer approach process by PDCA:

  Identify customer pain-points, Design to fix the solution menus and programs, Conduct biz simulation (profit & cost calculation), Develop project plans, and monitor project performance.

• Develop and install digital tools for tire solution programs,

• Develop and implement the digital tools & system for solution business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• More than 5 years’ work experience in truck & bus tires (or truck & bus tires service) industries (especially, deep knowledge for tire leasing or tire & service package contract business to truck/bus big fleets is required.

• High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success

Language proficiency: English is mandatory (other language(s) are added advantage)
