Responsibilities:
职责描述
1. Achieve assigned sales target
完成制定销售目标
2. Continuously prospect the assigned sales territory to identify new customers
不断挖掘指定销售区域，以确定新客户
3. Stay fully up to date about customers and prospective customers in the assigned sales territory.
在指定销售区域内，充分约见现有客户和潜在客户
4. Identify and analyse business opportunities and decide on how to expand that opportunity.
鉴别和分析商机，并对如何扩大这一机会作出决策
5. Identify changing customer needs, market trends and the competitor's product, pricing and market approach
确定客户变化的需求，市场趋势和竞争对手的产品，价格和市场渠道
6. Is fully up to date about the market segments and makes use of the available customer information.
更新了解市场分布，并充分利用现有客户信息
7. Ensures the accurate, correct and timely filling in of all the job related documents.
确保准确，正确和及时地键入所有与工作相关的文件
8. Constantly updates the customer database and the sales cycle management system.
不断更新客户数据库和销售周期管理系统

Requirements:
岗位要求
1. At least 2 year of previous end-user sales experience in IT or OA equipment or related industry
具备用人单位两年以上IT，办公自动化设备或相关行业销售经验
2. Aggressive and result driven
积极进取，自我追求
3. Strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
较强的演示，销售，商谈能力和感染力
4. Active attitude to self-learning
