Job Description
- Report to Finance Manager
- Oversee the daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger
- Book keeping
- Internal control and audit accounting activities
- Reviewing receipts and accounting process
- Monthly and annually reporting
- Inventory management and reporting
- Prepare financial reports and cash flow reports for both China GAAP and US GAAP
- Closely work with home office accounting team to provide relevant accounting information
- Make accounting and financial analysis for management use
- Maintain accounting records and financial transaction documents
- Provide invoices
- Coordinate with annual audit party and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines and prepare audit file
- Perform other accountant duties as assigned or required
- Review and calculate tax payment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years accountant experience including monthly and yearly financial reporting and budgeting
- Experience of working in a western culture
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- Professional in China GAAP
- Have strong understanding of US GAAP
- Professional in computer skills and accounting software
- Obtain China professional accountant title
- Understand of tax operation
- Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal in English
