Job Responsibilities:
As a customer support engineer to provide technical support to CISCO customers in Great China via phone or on-site.
Requirement:
1. Mastering on Server hardware knowledge, especially of Intel Architecture Platform. Blade server support experience is an advantage.
2. Good Skill on Storage hardware knowledge, such as SAN, NAS
3. Good Skill on SAN Switch hardware and configuration skillset, Understanding FC protocol is an advantage.
4. Good Skill on Cisco LAN switching products and network protocol
5. Good Skill on Operating system installation, configuration and troubleshooting, especially on VMware ESX/ESXi, Linux.
6. As we provide 24x7 support service, this position may be required for night shifts.
7 Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese, interpersonal and presentation skills.
