1. Specialize in mechanical engineering and automation
2. 5 years for injection molding machine maintenance or 3 years experence for injection molding machine design or building
3. Being familiar with the plastic injection machine molding machine operation, structure, working units and control concept
4. Basic injection molding tooling knowledge
5. Common injection molding processing knowledge
6. Being familiar with the drawing of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric
7. Common PLC programing
8. Basic knowledge with 8D or 6δ or RedX
9. Basic FMEA knowledge Common office software use
