主要任务

1. Work as a full time professional technical trainer, fulfil the request of below items:

作为全职专业技术培训师，需要满足以下需求：

Be able to conduct most of training program for System Technician and above for the dealerships

能够为经销商的系统技术员及以上级别的成员提供大部分的培训项目。

Prepare training syllabuses, manuals and teaching aids

准备培训大纲，手册和教学辅助工具。

Monitor, supervise, motivate the learning process of all participants during each allocated training courses

在每个指派的培训课程中，监测、监督参与者的学习过程，并激发他们的积极性。

Identify and co-ordinate training literatures, models, and equipment for the planned training courses.

为规划的培训课程指定并协调培训文件、模式和设备。

Assess, monitor and prepare report regarding the knowledge and skill evaluations before and after each training activities.

在每次培训活动之前和之后，对知识和技能进行评估和监测，并准备相关报告。

2. Work with DAG instructors/external consultants and act as interpreter during product training when required.

与戴姆勒集团讲师/外部顾问合作，如有需要，在产品培训的过程中担任口译人员。

3. Ensures proper qualification of own-self through constant upgrading training courses to keep up with the company development.

通过持续优化培训课程，确保个人资质符合要求，与公司的发展步伐保持一致。

4. Assist to conduct and monitor Training Needs Analysis, Skill, Audit and other trainings.

协助进行和监测培训需求分析、技术、审核和其它培训。

Qualification:

资质要求：

Education

教育背景
University degree or colleague graduated, preferred major in automobile engineering

本科或硕士，汽车工程专业优先。

Good in written and spoken English is a must

良好的英语书写以及沟通能力

Experience

经验

Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in vehicle repair, preferably in Mercedes-Benz workshop.

五年以上汽车维修相关工作经验，有梅赛德斯·奔驰维修站工作经验优先。

Customer-orientated mind-set with good organizational, administrative and leadership skills.

客户为先的理念，优秀的组织、管理和领导能力。

Previous teaching experience in automotive training consulting company, training school / college would be an advantage.

曾就职于汽车培训咨询公司、培训学校/学院，具备相关培训经验为加分项。
