a. Provide field oversight and support for ongoing projects related to electrical, emergency power and UPS systems.

b. Comprehend and understand schedules using Gantt charts.

c. Work may also include but not limited to the oversight of maintenance of general electrical equipment and components.

d. Oversight to include coordinating contractors, reviewing project plans, confirming project progress versus plan, and estimating resource/material needs.

e. Required skills:

i. Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience with electrical projects for semiconductor, electronics or pharmaceutical industry.

ii. Knowledge of applicable local codes and standards for mechanical equipment and systems (IEEE, NEC, and local China GB mechanical codes).

iii. Familiarity with applicable electrical system safety and environmental codes (OSHA CFR, IFC, and local China codes).

iv. Familiarity with Facilities electrical systems and related equipment.

f. Preferred skills:

i. Knowledge of electrical distribution systems that use high resistance grounding, static switches and power monitoring.

ii. Experience with safe means of circuit tracing and fault current analysis.

iii. Hookup experience at semiconductor Fab is preferred.
