岗位职责RESPONSIBILITIES：


１．完善、推进新客户开发制度与流程;

Improve and perfect the system and procedure of new customers’ development


２．了解市场需求，维护客户关系;
Identify market demands and build positive relationships with customers.


３．深入项目管理流程;
Take part in the project management process


４．调配使用内外部资源，达成业绩目标?
Using all available internal and external resources, reach the performance objectives / goals.


５．建立销售团队, 扩大业务范围
Establish sales team, extend business scope



岗位要求QUALIFICATIONS:


１. 2年销售或市场经验, 具有大型生产线销售经验者优先
At least 2years sales experience in large production line will be priority-considered

２. 工程类或材料应用类专业本科及以上学历，有多元文化工作背景者、电池行业工作背景者, 客户资源者优先

Bachelors Degree or above major in engineering and material application etc, the working experience in battery industry will be considered as a significant advantage

３. 具有优秀的销售业绩并能提供证明。或者具有电池材料的销售的工作经验并能提供证明。

Documented record in outstanding sales performance. Or documented experience in Battery field.

４. 较强的独立工作能力，敬业精神及团队合作意识

Ability for independently working, Professional, Sense of team work.


５. 良好的沟通技巧、团队协作技巧和商务谈判技巧，能接受在中国地区长期出差以及适当的海外出差
Teamwork spirit, good communication skills, and suit for business trip frequently

６. 良好英语沟通与交流能力
Good English communication skills
