岗位职责：

1. 一般会计工作

· 通过电子邮件、电话联系到客户并且完成收款工作，保证到达业务指标，并且所有的欠款及时进行跟进，适当的向上汇报;

· 提供可视化的、透明的绩效核算流程以及结果给到利益相关方，并定期审查改进措。

2. 内部风险控制

· 内审资料准备，存档；

· 执行全球和区域政策，以确保遵守公司的法规和控制措施，例如配合审计工作,准备内部审计资料，按照审计要求留档和收款。

岗位要求：

· 专业不限

· 端对端的财务流程专业知识，有相关工作经验优先；

· 高度的责任感以及数据的准确性，可以在压力下工作；

· 以结果为导向，具有高度紧迫感和强大的执行能力；

· 良好的沟通技巧和利益相关者管理技能；

· 良好的微软软技能（excel，PPT ，word 技能）；

· 良好的英语读、写能力。

学习机会：

· 公司物流业务模型以及财务端到端的流程；

· 数据分析，报表制作，现金流管理技巧；

· 演讲和谈判技巧；

· 相关利益方管理；

· 业务与财务的风险控制意识；

· 英语能力提升。
