About the role

The Studio Operations Manager is primarily responsible for building solid foundations for the studio to grow. In this mission, this person collaborates closely with the Management team of the studio, as well as external stakeholders to guarantee the robustness of the studio’s pillars of development: Operation Excellence, Expertise, and Reputation. 

At the same time, the Studio Operations Manager is also ensuring the alignment of processes and best practices with the other Chinese studios. 

What you will do

Ensure the Operation Excellence of Chengdu Studio

• Identify the Studio teams main pain points and define a mitigation strategy to address them
• Consolidate the reporting across all departments (KPIs, information and processes)
• Consolidate the processes across all departments, and ensure their consistencies within Ubisoft China
• Support the development of CTU "Production Services" team 

Break the organizational silos to foster collaboration at all levels

• Share the key messages of Ubisoft’s strategy to the Chinese studios
• Build a network in the Ubisoft group and the game industry so that to bring in inspiration, insight, and resources to the Chinese studios
• Connecting relevant external stakeholders with our internal projects to spearhead innovation at Ubisoft 

Provide rock-steady support to our Studio day-to-day operations

• Take ownership of the major subjects assigned by the Studio Manager
• Support the Studio Manager in the presentation of the Studio towards internal and external stakeholders
• Become the bridge between supporting teams and ProductionsQualifications

What you should be equipped with

• Bachelor degree in any relevant major
• 8+ years of working experience and is in similar position 
• A sharp understanding of the dynamics of a large organization and its operations
• A dependable sense of ownership to identify and solve problems
• A strong collaboration mindset and inter-personal skills
• Strong skills in data/indicators, and presentation
• Fluent Chinese and English

• 为工作室的日常运营提供稳定的支持
• 对工作室总经理授权的主要事项全面负责
• 支持工作室总经理向内部和外部利益相关者介绍成都工作室
• 成为支持团队和游戏制作团队之间的桥梁
