Major Responsibilities and Objectives

1. Negotiate with tenants regarding new lettings and lease renewals;

2. Prepare offer letters, Tenancy Agreements and other relevant documents;

3. Prepare notices and minutes;

4. Prepare budget analysis;

5. Organise the handover and takeover of property units;

6. Liaise with technical and property management teams on tenant fit-out and renovation projects, maintenance and daily operations;

7. Prepare a varity of management report and forms of rental payments;

8. Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants and co-ordinate with other departments.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

1. University graduate / Degree holder or above.

2. 2-year working experience in real estate sector. Formal training in real estate disciplines in a multinational company would be an advantage.

3. Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

4. Excellent typing ability both in Chinese and English.

5. Good PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

6. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
