Summary   

Millions of gamers depend on Razer software to improve their gaming performance. Razer's Cortex application is used by avid gamers around the world to optimize their PC gaming experience. The Operations Manager is responsible for activities to keep the Cortex ecosystem engaging for our fans. This includes back end operation of competitions, leaderboards, featuring games, and compiling data based on product functions and customer feedback. This role works closely with engineering and marketing teams across Razer to ensure our product is running smoothly. The Operations Manager is the front facing person to our millions of gaming fans. Job Responsibilities

• Manage on going back-end operations to maintain Cortex Game Booster related activities and events.
• Represent the customer internally.  Collect and understand user feedback about our software. Sort out and share the report to the product and engineering team. Work with engineering and product teams to find answers to customer feedback.
• Be the first responser to user feedback about our software by moderating and responding in public forums and feedback channels about Cortex.
• Collaborate with multiple teams plan and operate on-line events and marketing campaigns. Gather and analyze campaign related data.  Provide feedback to continually optimize and improve customer experiences.
• Analyze users' actions and flow data. Dig into the data and provide constructive report that can be used to develop/optimize software new features.
• Configure and manage schedules related to customer facing events inside Cortex.
• Manage content schedule and selection of games promoted inside Cortex.
• Assist with crafting customer facing messages and creating customer facing materials about the product features and events.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.
• At least 2 ~ 5 years of working experience.
• Proven high technology field background with an excellent understanding of this industry.
• Excellent skills in using MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage small projects independently.
• Understanding of the gaming industry and gamer mindset.
• Self-motivated, results driven, strong learning agility and attention to details
• Advanced communication skills both English and Mandarin
• Good English and Chinese writing skills

Additional Skills are preferable

• A real PC gamer.
• Familiar with Windows software industry.
