工作职责:

1、办公室日常行政工作，包括但不限制于与物业的对接，维护办公环境与秩序等；

2、公司各类证照申办、年审、变更和注销等工作；

3、公司会议及活动的组织策划与执行；

4、整理、保管公司的各类文件、档案。

5、协助人事及行政相关的工作；

6、领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格:

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，三年以上行政工作经验；

2、有服务意识、良好的人际交往和组织协调能力；有一定的抗压性和解决突发事件的能力；

3、 充满活力、有上进心和较强的领导潜能和学习能力；

4、 遵守纪侓和行业规范，具有敬业精神及团队合作意识；

5、 正直诚信，忠于企业，传承企业文化，愿意与企业一起发展成长；

6、 熟练使用office系列办公软件，具备较强的学习能力和自我约束能力，迅速学习新事物，不断掌握新能力；

7、 请附近期1-2张生活照。
