工作职责：

  

1. 负责创新小分子的分子设计和化学合成的整体方案制定、研究质量和进度控制、专利查新、关键技术难题解决等药化研发的全过程管理；

2. 追踪国际创新分子发现及优化的新平台和新技术，及时掌握行业最新动态，提升团队研发实力和效率，为选题立项及国内外合作提供专业支持；

3. 协同药理团队挖掘临床前候选化合物的成药特点和品种优势；协同工艺团队开展小试和中试放大研究，降低生产成本，加快研发进度；

4. 负责创新分子的专利撰写、审核与跟进，确保公司知识产权的有效保护；

5. 负责相应团队的培训和建设、指挥与管理。

          

任职要求：

  

1. 学历要求：博士学历。

2. 专业要求：药物化学或有机化学专业。

3. 工作经验和能力要求：

      

1. 8年以上小分子药物研发经验和不少于5年的药化项目领导经验；

2. 有项目成功进入临床阶段者优先，有海外大型制药公司或著名药物研究机构工作经验者优先；

3. 具有专利解读与突破能力，理解药理毒理数据的生物学含义与成药属性的关系；

4. 熟悉国内外创新药开发模式、流程、技术要求及相关注册法规；

5. 具有良好的沟通交流和执行能力；

6. 具有良好的组织协调和团队管理能力。

Job Description：

  

1. Responsible for overall medicinal chemistry process management of small molecule drug design and synthesis, research quality and progress monitoring, patent search, and resolution of key technical problems;

  

2. Track new platforms and technologies discovered and optimized by international innovators, keep up-to-date with the industry's latest developments, improve team’s capabilities and efficiency, and provide technical support for new project nominations and domestic/international collaborations;

  

3. Facilitate pharmacology team to evaluate druggable physical properties and advantages of preclinical candidate compounds; Facilitate process development team to conduct small trials and pilot scale up studies, reduce production costs, and accelerate the development process;

  

4. Responsible for patent drafting, review and follow-ups, to ensure protection of intellectual property rights for the company;

  

5. Responsible for building, training, and managing the team

Job Requirements:

  

1. PhD degree, in medicinal chemistry or organic chemistry.

2. Work experiences:

   1. More than 8 years’ experience in medicinal chemistry including 5 years of project/team leadership

   2. Candidates with experience delivering compounds to clinical trials, and oversea experiences preferred;

   3. Capable of patent interpretation, and familiar with the relationship between the biological meaning of pharmacological and toxicological data and the properties of proprietary drugs;

   4. Familiar with domestic and international innovative drug development models, processes, technical requirements and related registration regulations;

   5. Good communication and execution skills;

   6. Good organizational coordination and team management capabilities.

4. Language requirements: Good English and Chinese communication and writing skills.
