Under this title AFRY-Advanced Manufacturing BA recognize the engineer shall be able to deliver high quality results in the following scope of job:

1. Specific business communication with our client on site in the early phase,早期阶段与客户现场进行具体的业务沟通，
2. Project proposal discussion until get order, utilize the experience to support the client to do some cost saving or efficiency improvement, 项目提案讨论直至获得订单，利用经验来支持客户节省一些成本或提高效率，
3. Components selection and specification definition, Detailed drawing and manufacturing specification definition,选择和规格定义，详细的图纸和制造规范定义，
4. Cycle diagram definition based on input from proposal phase,提案阶段的输入定义周期图，
5. Dominate design work of single machine (or machinery complex) and work as the technical interface to control design,单机（或机械综合体）的设计工作，并作为控制设计的技术接口，
6. Participate on-site supplier selection.现场供应商选择
7. Work together with supplier, which shall be under control with good performance of quality and progress.
8. At the customer site, according to the status of the project site, plan the rectification measures and completion time of the project opening problem, and use the standard weekly report to report the status of the site every week, so that the project manager can clarify the status of the project site;在客户现场，根据项目现场的状态，规划项目开口问题的整改措施和完成时间，每周定期使用标准周报汇报现场的状态，实现项目经理对项目项目现场的状态的清晰化；
9. Communication with customer for short/long term activity, to set up the relationship with Customer, and customer satisfaction 与客户进行短期/长期活动的沟通，以建立与客户的关系以及客户满意度；
10. Responsible on risk identification and assessment concerning to own jobs,与自己工作有关的风险识别和评估，
11. In charge of the achievement of cost and timing goals for his/her own tasks as a part of project performance,实现自己的任务的成本和时间目标，作为项目绩效的一部分
12. Lead project open issues resolution. Persistent improvement and optimization,领导项目解决问题, 持续改进和优化，

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree of mechanical engineering or similar majority工程学士学位或类似专业
• Deep knowledge standards and special applications with 3~5 years’ experience
• Good skill of Office software，Advanced CAD (2D/3D) user 熟悉掌握office 软件以及CAD 制图软件
• Advanced on mechanical design based on company manufacturing processes
• ERP and PLM knowledge基本的ERP ,PLM知识
• English speaker capable for technical communication 英语技术沟通交流的能力
• Networking skill with colleagues, suppliers and customers
• 与同事、供应商及客户保持良好关系的能力
• Travel availability 可经常出差
