-       Support Business Development of the Air Traffic Management market

为空管市场的发展提供商务支持;

-       Perform Customer Relationship Management related activities

进行客户关系管理并处理相关活动;

-       Collect and analyze sales-related data, generate various reports

收集并分析销售相关的数据、生成各种报告;

-       Draft technical concepts and solutions for future projects

为未来项目准备技术理念和解决方案;

-       Draft the commercial, legal, and technical part of proposals and offers based on established guidelines

根据现有标准准备投标文件和报价的商务、法律和技术部分;

-       Provide technical advice to customers

为客户提供技术建议;

-       Support other teams in customer service related activities

为客户服务小组及相关活动提供支持;

 

 

Qualification and Requirements资质和要求

 

-       Bachelor degree or above - major in Communication Technologies or IT is necessary

本科以上学历，必须为通信技术或IT相关专业;

-       Fluent in English, CET-4 grade or above is absolutely necessary;

英语熟练、必须为大学英语4级以上水平

-       More than 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing of software products;

软件产品的销售和市场营销至少5年工作经验。

-       Must be capable to work independently and in teams;

必须能够独立、以及在团队工作

-       Good communication and negotiation skills, good team-player;

良好的沟通和谈判技巧，团队合作者;

-       Experience in working with multinational companies preferred;

有跨国公司相关工作经验者优先;

-       Experience in drafting and negotiating International Trade Contracts preferred;

有起草和谈判国际贸易合同经验者优先;

-       Experience in Project Management is highly beneficial.

有项目管理经验者优先

-       Must be willing to travel extensively (domestic and abroad)

The rapid growth of China’s Air Transportation market and the resulting operational challenges however demanded a significantly different technical and logistical support concept compared to other countries. This was a main motivation for Frequentis to establish subsidiary company in China – Frequentis (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Today Frequentis Shanghai provides the complete range of Frequentis ATM services in the country, including marketing & sales, technical support and design, project management and implementation, as well as the full spectrum of after sales service activities.
