Job Description:

E-Commerce Data Operation Expert is aimed to provide strong data analytics, order management and finance tracking, who is reporting to E-Commerce 1688 team. Meanwhile, sales analyst will also focus on improving business efficiency via collaboration with function teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize digital tools to generate performance reports, in line with key business KPIs.
2. Provide data support and analysis for monthly forecasting and reporting.
3. Provide weekly & quarterly 1688 sales mapping report to Sales & Finance team for accounting ref.
4. Daily order management with 2 interns’ assistance, fully responsible for interns training & managing.
5. Provide financial checking with CE & Tax for invoice use.
6. Track and verify data accuracy to ensure data quality for daily business operation.
7. Provide strong daily business support and assist in business events.
8. Figure out bottlenecks in daily business operation and work out solutions or process to solve problems.

Requirements:

1. Biology or Biochemical background preferred;
2. Online store operation related working experience (both B2B or B2C will be fine);
3. Sales operation related experience will be a plus;
4. Bachelor’s degree is a must;
5. Working experience in multinational company in Life Science preferred;
6. Intelligent, hard-working, willing to take pressure and extra work;
7. Good communication skills and team-working spirits;

Good command of English in writing & talking. CET-6 or above is a must
