岗位职责:

    

1、针对银行VIP客户及银行信用卡客户，根据银行提供电话平台系统，向客户提供最适合的保险产品服务。

    

2、公司***，不需要本人寻找客户，不需要见客户。；

    

3、为银行客户提供快速、准确与专业的查询及服务要求。

    

4、协助上司及团队完成特定的项目任务，定期向领导汇报工作进度

    

5、通过我们的电话平台可以完成购买保险，以及支付保险费用，等一系列的手续。

    

此岗位在银行上班，以银行名誉向客户销售银行保险产品，无须外出，无须自己开拓客户，办公室内工作。

    

（注意：不是***产品，是银行保险产品。所以还是比较好做的。）

    

    

岗位要求：

    

1、专科及以上学历，21岁以上

2、口齿清晰，普通话流利，无口音，性格坚韧，思维敏捷；

3、好学肯干，有良好的团队意识；

4、从事过呼叫中心行业或有销售经验者，具备一定保险业务知识者优先考虑；

    

    

薪酬及福利：

2、薪资结构：无责任底薪（2800~6000元）+高提成+业绩奖金+续期奖金
