职位描述

优质客户资源，电话销售团队超过300人，每年3次国内外旅游机会，目前在职员工，平均月薪8000元以上，税后月薪较高达7万!我们坚持不懈地寻找新的和更好的工作方式，作为行业的领导者，我们期待你的加入，携手共赢！

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，需提供毕业证

2、年龄21-35周岁

3、不要求相关工作经验，公司有带薪培训（90%是没经验的）

薪资待遇：

1、底薪3040-6000不等（按季度晋级调薪）+综合提成（业绩提成和达成奖金）；新人前三个月平均工资4500左右，6个月以上员工平均薪资6000左右，2019年在职员工平均月薪9K+。

2、 新人津贴:员工前三个月有新人津贴专属福利240-480元/月

3、 转正奖金:新人在入司 3 个月转正，可获得一次性转正奖金 800 元，第 2 个月

转正可获转正奖金 1000 元。

4、享受国家法定节假日和节日福利；

5、根据国家相关规定缴纳社会保险及公积金（另享额外商业保险：医疗费用会报销总额的90%）

6、年度共有3次国内外旅游机会。港澳游、三亚游、美国塞班岛、悉尼，巴黎等。

工作内容：

公司统一提供银行中高端信用卡客户，通过全国统一的官方电话，以银行客服人员的身份与银行的信用卡客户进行有效沟通，针对客户需求，进行小额储蓄、增值理财型保险的电话销售；无需外出，无需自己开发客户。

工作地点：龙泉驿区经开区南二路309号民生银行信用卡中心
