To be responsible for the Design, Implementation, Maintenance of Architecture of Microsoft suite of applications  

Will be part of Application support, maintenance and enhancement function.  Challenges are numerous and exciting!

   

Responsibilities

• Technical Roadmap input
• Technical Integration and Dependency Management
• Design optimization
• Configuration (management of) and change approval
• Understand and manage creation and change needs in master data and role and security content
• Contribution towards artefacts necessary to adhere to the organization change and release management  process
• Running and attending workshops / meetings with IT and business representatives
• Assess impact of changes as and when required on each project
• Input to regular updates/MI for senior stakeholders
• Help client defining architectural standards, assess existing applications, identify gaps and implement changes to meet the desired standards.

Qualification & Experience

1. Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Microsoft technology based applications development, maintenance & run mode operations
2. Ability to collaborate with a diversity of customer's teams to address important issues and to resolve them
3. Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adaption and learning of the business processes.
4. Should have strong experience working with .Net, ASP.NET MVC, Web API,C# , Entity Framework, MS SQL Server.
5. Exposure to SharePoint 2013/SharePoint 2016, Office 365, Azure.
6. understand the requirement , design and work on proposals with estimation for new projects as well as CRs.
7. Flexible / ability to adapt to different environments
8. Ability to Work with multiple 3rd parties within one project
9. Ability to mentor, help and handle the team in all aspects
10. Proficient in Assessing impact of changes as and when required on each project
11. Provide Input to regular updates/MI for senior stakeholders
12. Contribute in Design optimisation
13. Ability to work as part of the global team where team is working across different geographies.

                                                        

    

    

Major activities:  

• Maintain and extend Architecture
• Ensure business or technical requirements are met through leveraging existing solutions (and associated integrations)
• Identification of improvement opportunities both within existing deployed solutions, and those consistent with the technology roadmap
• Provide technical leadership and assurance during the following stages

                    

o              Initiate/Launch – Mandate clarification versus roadmap

    

o              Define/Design

    

o              Deliver

• Ensure value for money approach taken at all times – principles to include

        

o              Re-use of existing

    

o              Minimal design change

    

o              Reversion to standard design

• Lead the technical component of agreed portfolio projects, working in strong alignment with the following roles                                                     

        

o              Solution Architects (functional alignment)

    

o              Enterprise Architects & Application Architects

    

o              IT Project Manager

    

o              IT Business Partners & Analysts                                       

• Ensure compliance through taking responsibility for design and approval documentation
• Provide technical input for TMO process adoption                     
• Work with business colleagues to understand requirements are met during the design and testing phases of project delivery – requirements based testing approach
