职位要求：

1.2021年应届毕业生；
2.本科及以上学历；
3.良好的英语表达能力；较强的沟通能力、团队合作能力、学习能力、组织能力。

工作内容：

1.生产运营部门相关职能：设备、工艺、营运管理等；

2.项目为期2年，在考泰斯7家工厂共4次轮岗，每次轮岗为6个月；

3.项目期间将会获得职位相关的技术培训，以及发展相关的能力拓展培训；

4.公司制定资深管理人员一对一引导，全面了解企业财务各模块；

5.项目结束后根据个人能力以及发展潜力提供资深、或其他管理岗位工作机会。

Now we have built a new manufacturing based in Chongqing to serve domestic auto industry customers. Our investment is 15 million US dollars. The 16,000 square meter plant features the most advanced co-extrusion blow-molding technology.
