Position: Digital Marketing Supervisor/Manager

Responsibilities：

• Design and implement company digital strategies within budget requirements;
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
• Website: localize and maintain Chinese version of website. Daily updates and releases. Develop a complete site visitor user journey with the team as needed to shorten the time from visit to conversion. Be responsible for monitoring the website visitor data, continuously optimizing the website through the data insight, and continuously optimizing the website traffic and conversion rate by creating a good user access process;
• SEO and SEM: Develop and implement a site-wide SEO/SEM strategy to improve search engine rankings in China. Combine business, website and tools to make integration plan.;
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotion activities, including core activities, blog, website, and social media – with focus on creativity, consistency, persuasive impact, and sales/brand effectiveness. In charge of developing and executing a customer-facing digital marketing campaign for top and middle sales funnel activities that will increase brand awareness and generate demand;
• Research and exploring prospect online behavior, competitor activities and new online media trends to implement the key learnings into daily online projects/campaigns. Gather requirements, evaluate marketing automation tools, explore new Digital Marketing channels and manage Digital Marketing processes from inception to completion. Contribute creative strategy toward best online practices and implementation, including Email Marketing, website, SEM and social media;
• This professional should be an expert at their craft and be current with emerging industry trends as new digital channels and tools emerge every day.

Requirement:

• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English;
• 5-7 years working Experience in B2C/B2B or IT industry;
• Strong project management skill;
• Solid knowledge in website and digital marketing; Experience on marketing automation, CRM or ABM is an advantage;
• Good attention to detail with all data and metrics;
• Proactive attitude self-motivated and responsibility;
• Strong business sense.
