Part1 Job Summary & Responsibilities:

一Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Occupational Illness and Injure 处理工伤事件

Reports all occupational illness and injures in time and participates associated investigation to ensure that root causes to be identified and aggressive correct actions being implemented in site

及时报告所有的职业疾病和损伤事件，参与相关的调查，以确保找到根本原因，并在现场采取主动的纠正措施

2. Legal Compliance合规

Keeps tracking local laws & regulations trends on EHS, and initiates proactive measures to ensure full compliance on legal requirements

保持跟踪与EHS相关的地方法律和法规动态，提出主动措施，确保完全遵守法律规定

3. Risk Assessment风险评估分析

Participates H&S risk assessment

参与工厂各处的健康和安全风险评估和工作安全分析

4. MOC system EHS Review 变更管理系统EHS审核

Assists to set up MOC system for new machine/equipment/facility EHS review and approval

协助设立对新机器/设备/设施进行EHS审核和批准的变更管理（MOC）系统

5. EHS Inspection EHS检查

Supports measuring EHS performance via involve in periodical check, inspection and auditing to site level, and implements discipline actions on any violation and non-compliance

通过参与定期检查、检验和审核合资厂情况，协助衡量EHS绩效，并对违反或不遵守的情况予以惩处

6. EHS Support专业支持

Provides technical and professional supports to functional departments and individuals on any EHS issues

向各职能部门和个人提供与EHS问题相关的技术和专业支持

7. Continuous Improvement持续改进

Participates in site H&S committee among various level to foster employees involvement and drives site continuous improvement

参与工厂各个级别的健康和安全委员会，鼓励员工参与和推动工厂的持续改进活动

Improves Health, Safety & Environment competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高健康安全环境部门的竞争力和客户满意度

二.Competency Requirements (能力要求)

1. 211 University, Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Science Engineering, Environment or related field preferred. 211院校，本科或以上学历，工程类、环境或相关专业优先。

2. Above 3 years work experience in EHS related function, ideally in manufacturing environment,

automotive industry experience preferred.

在EHS相关领域有3年以上工作经验，有制造行业和汽车行业工作经验者优先。
