职位描述
一.Responsibilities 工作职责:
1.Integrates corporate Strategic goals into Logistics goals, identifies annual cost saving target and leads the implementation to ensure the achievement of corporate goals
结合公司战略,制定物流部发展目标,制定年度的成本节约计划并领导实施,确保工厂年度计划的完成
2.Material Plan Establishment and Implementation计划制定和执行
Bases on customers production plan to control making plant production and material plan
监督收集客户的生产计划,监督制定并审核工厂相关的物料、生产计划,确保计划的准确性和合理性
Controls the implement of production plan, ensures the delivery to meet customers need, and reports the status of delivery on time
监督生产计划的完成,确保产品发运达到客户所需, 准时地对发运情况报告
3.Supplier Output Tracking监督供应商 Tracks suppliers’ output forecast and follow up, delivers ordering, and ensures the suppliers output is meet program need
负责供应商产量预测及订单的发放并对供应商的产能进行持续跟踪,确保供应商满足项目的产能需求
4.Customer Relationship Management客户关系管理
Be responsible for Customer On-time Delivery Performance, use the Demand Admin tools to make sure that the Customer’s order is reasonable
对客户准时发运率负责,并且运用客户需求管理工具来保证客户的订单是合理的
5.物料管理自我评估
Be responsible for implement the MMSA in the plant, The value of conducting it will drive improvements in SCM metrics
负责在工厂里实施物料管理自我评审,并对供应链指标实施改进
6.System Maintenance系统有效性
Makes sure the accuracy of information and adjust by actual
确保系统信的正确性并根据需要进行调整
7.Government Communication政府沟通
Coordinates with department of government to support business, for example with customhouse
加强与相关政府机构沟通,如协调海关方面工作,有效为公司提供良好的服务和支持
8.Manpower Planning & Budgeting 人力资源规划和预算
Ensures that Logistic department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies
根据公司的业务战略,确保物流部门充足且高效的人力资源配置
Responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control
负责部门预算并确保实际花费可控
9.Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Logistic competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高物流部门的竞争力和客户满意度
10.People Development员工发展
Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented
通过提供适当的培训,辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估,接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施
二.Competency Requirements (能力要求)
1.211 University, Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics or related field preferred. 211院校毕业,本科以上学历,物流及相关专业优先。
2.5-8 years relative work experience, Automotive component manufacturing industry preferred 5-8年相关工作经验, 有汽车零部件制造行业相关经验尤佳
3.Solid Logistic management concepts and practices 物流管理理论和实践
The ability of establishing and management of Logistic, planning, storage of manufacturing 制造型企业物流、计划、仓储等环节的建设及管理能力
Familiar with MRP ERP, 熟悉MRP和ERP
Office software办公软件
