一． Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Ensure compliance with headquarter&local accounting and reporting requirements 确保符合总部和当地会计和报告要求 Implement all accounting/financial standards (SAP, Organization, cash handling)按照会计/财务标准实施（SAP，组织架构、现金操作） SAP key user of FICO module SAP财务模块维护

2. Ensure monthly and yearly closing and reporting according to headquarter and PRC GAAP timely and correctly确保月结帐、年结帐和报告准时、正确并符合总部和中国会计准则Responsible for Flash/Monthly Reports in system 负责系统内即时/月结报告Responsible for the monthly and yearly closing and reporting 负责月结帐、年结帐和报告

3. Accounting and booking （GL and Booking/AR, AP and inventory/ IC charge and reconsolidation/Fixed asset management/Provision and accrual)负责结帐和记账（总帐维护/应收,应付和存货/固定资产管理等）

4. Taxation（VAT, Business Tax and Surcharge / Corporate Income Tax / Stamp Duty / IIT and WHT )负责税务管理（增值税，营业税/企业所得税/印花税/个人所得税等）

5. Treasury and Bank and foreign currency （Bank account management / Petty cash and reimbursement /Foreign currency /Cashflow management)银行和外币管理（银行记帐管理/小额现金和退款/外币、现金流管理）

6. Company record and annual inspection 公司报告和每度检查

7. Record/document keeping（Book keeping/Contract keeping /Safe keeping/Company licenses and certificate keeping/Financial chop keeping)相关记录/文件保存

8. Supporting internal and external auditing 支持内外部审计

二． Competency Requirements (能力要求)

1. 211 University, Bachelor’s degree or above, , major in in Accounting or similar, experience with financial auditing。 211院校毕业，本科以上学历，会计相关专业或有财务审计工作经验。

2. Above 3 years of large manufacturing company preferred.

3年以上相关工作经验, 在大型制造企业优先

3. Knowledge and experience with local business bureau, tax bureau procedure, foreign currency remittance有本地相关业务部门和税务流程知识和经验 Hands-on knowledge in SAP熟悉SAP系统 Knowledge of taxation laws and tax submission procedure in PRC 熟悉中国税法和税收流程 Knowledge of PRC GAAP 熟悉中国会计准则 Knowledge in manufacturing processes, product calculation, project calculation 熟悉生产流程，生产核算，项目核算

4. Fluent English(oral and written)英语可流利交流
