一． Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Bank Account Balances and Bill Status Update汇报银行余额及票据状态

Reports the bank account balances and bill status to managers and alarms on time

负责及时向主管汇报银行余额及票据状态并及时预警

2. Bank Account Reconciliation银行对账

Reconciles with the banks about the account balances and transactions monthly and annually.

每月与银行对账，并且每年向银行询证

3. Bank Drafts and Accounting Vouchers Operation汇票及凭证操作

Keeps, issues and accepts bank drafts and prepares accounting vouchers

负责保管、开具和承兑银行汇票及编制会计凭证

4. Verification and Writing Off of Import And Export Trades进口核消

Completes the verification and writing off of import and export trades on time

及时完成进出口贸易核销

5. Daily Receivable and Payable Transactions日常收付款

Completes daily receivable and payable transactions and prepares accounting vouchers

及时准确的完成日常收付款业务并编制会计凭证

6. Relevant Bank Information Tracking跟踪银行相关信息

Tracks and reports the bank lending rates, overdraft rates and bill discount rates on time

及时跟踪和汇报银行贷款利率、透支利率和票据贴现利率

7. Cash and Personal Advance Management保管现金

Keeps, receives and pays small amount cashes according to the company policy and manages personal advance

负责保管和按公司规定收取、支付小额零星现金，及管理个人应收款

8. Employees Reimbursement员工报销

Makes reimbursement and notifies employees timely and accurately

及时准确地为员工报销并发送通知

9. Continuous Improvement 持续提高

Improves Accounting competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

通过推动进行持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高会计竞争力和客户满意度

二．Competency Requirements (能力要求)

1. 211 University, Bachelor’s degree or above, , major in Accounting or related fields preferred. 211院校毕业，本科以上学历，会计相关专业。

2. Above 3 years of large manufacturing company preferred.

3年以上相关工作经验, 在大型制造企业优先

3. ? Accounting professional qualification 会计从业资格证书

? Domestic tax law国内税法

? Domestic and international accounting principles国内及国际会计准则

? Financial and various Office software财务软件及各类办公软件
