职位描述
一. Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Trouble Free Production 确保无故障生产
Coordinates assembly with others departments namely Logistic, Quality, in terms of trouble free production/assembly与物流部,质量部合作,确保无故障生产
Be responsible for a trouble-free production flow and product quality based around 0ppm 100% delivery performance to customer负责无故障的生产流程和产品质量。
2. High Quality Control 控制高品质
Ensures high quality standard of products in accordance with customer expectation/requirement
确保符合客户要求和期望的高品质产品
3. Production Process Improvement 生产流程改善
Provides analyze and revises production process in order to optimize capacity utilization
分析并更新生产流程以优化产能利用率 Cooperates with related department in order to ensure continuous improvement and set up best practice与相关部门合作以确保持续发展和制定最佳实践
4. Enhance Cost Efficiency 提高成本效率
Provides regular cost evaluation in order to enhance efficiency
提供定期的成本评估以增加效率
5. New Projects Launch 新项目启动
Ensures launches of new projects, be responsible for proper ramp up
确保新项目的启动,负责可能的产能提升
6. Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Production function competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高生产职能的竞争力和客户满意度
7. People Development员工发展
Organizes, leads, controls and coordinates performance in the shifts/ department in order to achieve plant targets completely管理,领导,控制及协调部门人员的表现以达到工厂指标
Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识
Assists manager in leading and developing the team协助经理领导和发展团队
Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented (Applicable when have direct reports)
通过提供适当的培训,辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估,接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施 (当有直接下属时适用)
二.Competency Requirements (能力要求)
1.211 University, Bachelor’s degree or above, major in major in engineering is preferred. 211院校,本科或以上学历,工科相关专业优先。
2. ? Above 5 years work experience , in manufacturing environment,automotive industry (at least four years must be in automotive environment);
相关领域有5年以上工作经验,有制造行业和汽车行业工作经验(必须在汽车领域有至少4年的经验); ? Automotive experience in a Just In Time (JIT) environment highly desired; 在汽车行业按需准时生产(JIT)方面的经验尤佳;
? International exposure a plus 需要国际环境中的工作经验。
