职位描述

一. Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Responsible for the routine management of Lab and testing arrangement, creating the Lab work flow, approving and signing on testing result.负责实验室的日常管理及实验安排,创建实验室流程,审核并对所有实验报告签字。

2. Quotation of test when pre-acquiring a new project;Support QP to appraise the test requirement of customer;Communicate and coordinating with the customer about test flow and method.负责新项目洽谈时测试报价;支持质量策划部门对客户测试要求的确认工作;与顾客沟通和协调测试流程和方法。

3. Organizing test in accordance with customer's requirement and writing test report; Analysis and investigate when test fail.组织符合客户要求的测试并撰写报告;当测试失败时做充分的分析和调查。

4. Responsible for coordinating with other department in Q-Lab founding, organizeing and arranging to install、handle and accept new testing equipment 负责实验室建设过程中的相关协调工作,负责组织新设备的安装、调试、验收工作 Testing Equipment Selection and Maintenance测试设备选用及维护

Provides proposal to quality department for test equipment selection, and executes daily maintenance 提供质保部实验室测试设备的选用建议,实施日常维护及保养

Drafts and executes working instruction related to safety operation and safety inspection according to the safety specifics for those testing equipment which has high safety requirements.

对安全等级较高的测试设备,能根据其安全特性,编制并实施有关的安全操作、安全检查指导书,建立检验,试验,测量设备的计量和校准的计划并监督实施(如适用)

5. Continuous Improvement持续改进

Increases company competitiveness (especially quality and cost standards) by driving continuous improvement efforts across all functions

通过推动各职能部门的持续改进工作,提高公司的竞争力(尤其是质量和成本标准)

Improves Quality-Lab function competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes 通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高质量部门的竞争力和客户满意度

6. People Development员工发展

Organizes, leads, controls and coordinates performance in the shifts/ department in order to achieve plant targets completely

管理,领导,控制及协调部门人员的表现以达到工厂指标

Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members

向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识

Assists manager in leading and developing the team

协助经理领导和发展团队

Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented (Applicable when have direct reports)

通过提供适当的培训,辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估,接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施 (当有直接下属时适用)


二.Competency Requirements (能力要求)

1.211 University, Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.

211院校,本科或以上学历,机械、工程和相关专业优先

2. Above 4 years work experience in quality testing related function and 2 years management experience; ideally in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience preferred.

在质量相关领域有4年以上工作经验和2年相应管理经验,有制造行业和汽车行业工作经验者优先
