一． Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. BOS System Maintenance BOS体系维护

Ensures BOS document is updated and released timely and accurately. Organizes training, to achieve proper understanding and implementation of BOS document

确保BOS文件及时准确地更新、发布。组织相关培训，推动BOS文件的正确理解、执行

Understands BOS requirements, takes the related safety responsibilities defined by BOS document.

深入了解BOS要求，承担公司BOS文件规定的相关安全责任

2. Annual Internal Audit 年度内部审核

Organizes annual management audit in company, assesses the effectiveness of quality management system, and environment management system

组织实施公司年度的管理评审，评价公司质量管理体系和环境管理体系运行的充分性、适宜性和有效性

Organizes and implements internal system audit and process audit, summarize audit results, completes audit report, and tracks completion of corrective action

组织、实施公司内部的体系审核和过程审核，汇总审核结果、编制审核报告和跟踪审核纠正措施的完成情况

3. Third Party Certification第三方审核

Assists third party certify agency to complete annual various system certification, and tracks audit, submits corrective action report for not pass items, to complete the audit successfully

协助第三方审核机构完成对公司每年的各类体系的认证和跟踪审核，提交不符合项纠正措施报告，获得审核通过

Organizes and coordinates for company product certify(3C), including preparation of product certify material, submits for approval, timely responses to change on certify standard, updates for related material, submits proposal for symbol management update 组织协调公司产品认证(3C)工作，包括：产品认证资料的准备，送审；认证标准发生变更时及时响应，对相关的资料进行更新；标志管理更新方案报批等

Works with plant or program colleagues, prepares for external customer audit

配合工厂或项目需要，接受并通过外部客户审核

4. Industrial System Certification and Implementation行业体系认证和执行

Studies ISO14001 environment management system and OHSAS18001 Occupational Safety and Health management system, master the quality system ISO/TS16949, QS-9000&VDA6.1.

研究ISO14001环境管理体系以OHSAS18001职业安全卫生管理体系标准，熟练掌握ISO/TS16949、QS－9000&VDA6.1汽车行业的质量体系

5. Continuous Improvement持续改进

Improves Quality System Engineering function competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高质量部门的竞争力和客户满意度

6. Training 培训:

Be responsible for training of quality system

负责公司质量体系方面的培训

二.Competency Requirements (能力要求)

1．211 University, Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.211院校，本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先

2．Above 3 years work experience in quality management related function, ideally in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience preferred. 在质量相关领域有3年以上工作经验，有制造行业和汽车行业工作经验者优先。

3．? Quality system related knowledge e.g. TS16949, ISO9000, VDA, Customer specific request

? Quality tools APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA 质量工具 APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
