1. The main missions of the role are:
? apply company purchasing policy/ contracts and negotiate specific local requirements
? be involved in the project team to release the supplier to start the production
? monitor relevant suppliers and parts information and ensure proper ordering, invoicing & cost control
? import and export regulatory compliance and documentation, Foreign Exchange Offset
? maintains on going communications with suppliers to monitor their schedules / forcasts , identifies and reports potential problems, issues or concerns that may affect the facility production schedules
? co-ordinates and resolves problems, issues or concerns that affect MP&L,scheduling, etc.
? improve the service, efficiency, cost and effectiveness of our international supply chain process
? handle payment issue resolving with vendors
? supply cost control and reduction(materials,components)
? Sourcing the vendors based on project/sales function requirement and provides quotation.
? Handbook management for bonded material
? other duties with customers and suppliers assigned during project development and production

2. Basic requirement:
? University of logistic ,sourcing or commercial or engineering background
? More than three years in foreign invested manufacturing Co. Preferably mould injection or automotive industry
3. Special knowledge and skill:
? Familiar with SAP / ERP system but preferably SAP
? Familiar with import and export practise
? Rich purchase knowledge, skills and experience..
? Good communication and negotiation skill
? Good command of computer and familiar with data analysis
? Good English oral speaking and writing
