了解有机地球化学参数的测试原理，方法，流程及应用，从事过氯仿沥青A分析、测试，干酪根镜鉴，有机岩石学分析等相关项目

Responsibilities:
· Perform all tests and functions related to Unconventional Shale Gas laboratory services, as per documented Standard Operation Procedures, including but not limited to long term canister Desorptions, Residual Gas Content, Gas Composition, TOC, Source Rock Pyrolysis, etc.
· Process data from individual tests to point of reporting to laboratory supervisor for final QC prior to reporting to client.
· Ensure all equipment to carry out the job has been calibrated and ready to run. Check all expected consumables are in stock and ready for the job.
· Ensure all the appropriate safety equipment is in place and is used during the job. Document and report all accidents (if any) that take place during the job. Maintain a well stocked first aid kit.
· In conjunction with the Project Leaders, maintain an equipment maintenance program with records kept on file. .
· In conjunction with the Laboratory Supervisor, maintain a standard stock of spares and consumables for laboratory operations.
Qualifications:
· Earth Science Degree from recognised oil and gas institution
3 years oil and gas Geoscience experience
· Degree in Petroleum related subject
· 5+ years experience in Coal, Core and Fluids analysis business
· Technical experience in unconventional reservoir analysis (CBM / Shale Gas)
· Experience in the unconventional reservoir laboratory business (CBM / Shale gas)
· Fluent in both Chinese and English: Ability to communicate effectively with both.
· Attention to detail, including procedural conformance protocols.Ability to work as part of team
· Technical research experience in Oil & Gas or Unconventional Gas business.
· Experience in coal petrology – sample preparation maceral identification and Vitrinite reflectance.
· Experience in source rock analysis – Gas Chromatography, TOC and pyrolysis
· Experience with tight rock petrophysical analysis – storage capacity, flow parameters, sorption properties, etc
